Hi Appz,
When signing up for an account, you are not billed during the first 30 days, which is the free trial period. However, upon sign up, we do state that if your account is not canceled, you will be billed after the trial period for continuing service. We also send a reminder email 3 days prior to the end of your trial to notify you that the free trial period is about to expire.

I'm sorry you feel you had a poor billing experience, but it's not our intent to trick users.

Feel free to contact us with any other feedback you may have.

Regards,
Andrea

I signed up for Trial version of Protoshare and surprisingly they ask you debit card details. Although they promise they won't play with it, my account was debited for $29 automatically after trial period. Be careful!

Hi Mark,

At the time when you previewed ProtoShare, it was indeed lacking in some of the project-sharing capabilities you just mentioned.

However, that, as well as many other issues, have been fixed in later releases of the product. ProtoShare users can duplicate projects and create reusable clippings. We've also added the ability to prototype iPhone applications for review directly on the phone, and a host of other features. We have a new release scheduled for later this month ( August, 2009 ) which will bring additional features and flexibility.

Give us a ring or shoot us an email if you're ready to try it out again!

Best Regards,

Andrew Mottaz
